Refund Policy for AL-Mustafa-Zone (3 Days)


At AL-Mustafa-Zone, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 3-day refund policy to make it right. Please review the terms below to understand our refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds:
Our refund policy lasts for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with original packaging intact.

Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable. This includes items marked as final sale, personalized items, perishable goods, or items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Upon approval, we will process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method within a specified time. Please note that it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as AL-Mustafa-Zone cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking information.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item within the 7-day window, please reach out to us. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on available inventory.
